Cancellation Policy
No call no show appointments will be charged a 50% non refundable cancellation fee. Future bookings will require a 75 percent deposit for the following 3 bookings to ensure no shows do not continue.
A late cancellation is a cancellation that leaves 24 hours or less for us to fill your appointment spot. Late cancellations result in a 30 percent late cancellation fee and Must be paid before you book your next appointment.
We are understanding and know that things can happen that may require you to cancel your appointments. Your time is valuable just like ours. For any cancelations don’t forget to reach out via text or by phone PRIOR to canceling an appointment.
